My name is Charlene Sampson and this is my Beneve story. A little bit about me, I am a mother of 6 with 2 grandsons. I work 8 to 5 as a Tribal Administrator for our Tribe, which I absolutely love.

One thing about me, when I work, I work and grind until I get so exhausted , overworked and overstimulated that my family gets the worse of me.  Before Beneve,  I was so stressed, my mental health was not where it should be , I was forgetting things, I couldn't sleep, I dreaded work.  On the weekend, I shut the world out and hid.  I would toss and turn like the world turns. I Felt like I was killing myself slowly with how extremely exhausted I became.  Then, I saw my cousins post about cortisol levels.  I did my research and I was amazed at what I was reading .Then I thought, OK just ONE more time I will "join" another wellness company... what do I have to lose . So, I got my limitless duo and lost a few inches and got a month of some good sleep at night.  Then I stopped. When I ordered again,  I made it a point to not stop. I feel so relieved at how my sleep patterns have been... I do not toss, I do not turn. I do not worry about tomorrow and it takes minimal effort to fall asleep. That is genuine sleep for me. I can care for my family and they don't get that fire cracker mother with a short temper. I don't hide in my room anymore and  I am me.  I got myself back, I got my life back.
